Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has been named as winner of the 2014 FIFA Ballon d'or award.
It is the second time in a row that Ronaldo will be claiming the coveted award, following his success last year.
The Portuguese shook off challenges from Barcelona player Lionel Messi, and Germany goalkeeper, Manuel Neuer to win the top prize.
Ronaldo scored 61 goals last year, helping Real Madrid win the La Decima UEFA Champions League title, Copa Del Rey, European Super Cup and the World Club World Cup.
This is the third time that Ronaldo will be winning the Ballon d'or award, winning the first one while still a player of Manchester United in 2008.
Meanwhile Nadine Kessler won the FIFA Women's World Player of the Year award.
